How to form the correct URL for Custom Types?

My template has built-in custom post types for widgets (Custom Types).
Their URL contains a strange (for me) inscription */ custom_types /% postname%/
I don’t know, either the problem is in the .php of the Custom Types themselves, or it’s the incorrect work of the cyr-to-lat
plugin Installed the Custom Post Type Permalinks plugin (what’s wrong with it, what without it is the same), here is a screenshot of the settings:

As you can see, the default url contains /custom_types/
