How to form a beta using ispmanager?

There is a site on vps, I was given access only to the ispmager panel, how can I completely make a clone of the site www.site.ru on beta.site.ru, so that I can create my own ftp user there and work without risks on it? site on Bitrix, will the license swear that I use one license for 2 domains?

1. Create a new user, and FTP for him in beta DOMAIN
2. Create a subdomain.
3. Copy files from A to B.
4. Create a new database, copy data from database A to B.
I don't know about the license.
