How to force Yandex to display the correct new site favicon in the search results?

We have a lot of client sites that are located on a subdomain, some with their own domain, and our subdomain is already used as a mirror. By default, there is 1 standard favicon that comes from the project root. The client can upload their own fav. They load a 32*32 or 16*16 .ico file which we put in the resources folder and href for (link rel="shortcut icon"). At the same time Disallow: /favicon.ico is put in robots.txt
Reading the Yandex spec, everything is done correctly, except that the link type parameter is not set, but no one has it now and is not mandatory. Sites are updated, there are no problems in Ya.Webmaster. Fav has not been updated for months (the declared time of Yandex is 2 weeks, on the Internet they write up to 3 months). The icons themselves were checked by various checkers. Checking the icon on a direct link gives 200 status, everything is ok. In the Yandex cache, the link is the old icon. In Google cache - new. Technical support, as always, gives inadequate replies. Forcibly sent a link to fav for indexing. The index has passed. But then the indexing robot is not favicons. Who faced, how treated?

Apparently the problem is that 16 * 16 should be an icon. Despite the fact that both 32 and 128 are recommended. But it only works for sites with a 16px icon
