How to force WISPr to open a browser window in iOs and OsX?

Good afternoon!

This video has an example of how WISPr (a window for authorization in the captive portal) automatically launches an external (!) Browser to authorize the user on its page.
Apparently, javascript does not work in the WISPr window.
How can I force it to open the content in an external browser?
