How to force Windows to open files in Sublime 3?

Hello everyone, I have a problem here.
Sublime stopped opening files in Windows. And it's annoying.
That is, I do as, select the context menu, click "open with", click "browse", select Sublime, but sublime does not appear in the list of programs in the end!
How can it be cured?

After clicking Open with, select Sublime and check the box: Always use this app to open files.
You can also try reinstalling Sublime Text, and during installation, check the options: Add to explorer context menu . Then, when you right-click on the file, there will be an additional command: Open with Sublime Text 3 .
