How to force to send notifications every day to a trigger?

Hello everyone, I set up the template and wrote a simple script to check the ssl certificate. But there are a couple of points that I would like to correct
1. After the trigger is fired, only one alert is sent, the trigger check takes place every 12 hours. I would like a new alert to come with each trigger check. Alerts are sent to e-mail and telegram script

2. At the point of the problem, on the hanging trigger, the counter of days does not change. The trigger worked 10 days ago, but the problems show the old number, it should not be 14 but 10 days

The frequency and repeatability of sending alerts is configured in Actions , not in the trigger.
