How to force the PC to perceive a pair of "second mouse + keyboard" as a joystick?

Good day to connoisseurs. The question is this: there are several keyboards and mice, but in view of the fact that an extremely small number of games can boast the ability to use two or more keyboards and mice to play on one computer, I thought about how (if possible) to make the computer perceive the second pair of keyboard / mouse as joystick?
Ps Aster has already been tested but unfortunately to no avail.

At the moment, it is possible to use hardware implementations via cronuxmax or xbox360 gamepad emulators for the same consoles.
As a software implementation, any emulators of these same gamepads are suitable. x360ce for example. I don't understand why you can't google this question? ;)
