How to force the Live Sass Compiler plugin to compile to .css files in VS code?

Hello! The Live Sass Compiler plugin does not compile to .css files, but compiles only inside the SASS folder, I specified the additional settings that I needed in the settings.json parameters (see photo), but nothing works .. Indicates an error: end of file expected. json(0) [1,35]
