How to force indexing?

While the site was under development, I set a ban on indexing through Robots.
Now I have changed the file, but a week has already passed - the results are the same, an error is on Google, an error is on in Yasha that “the site is in the queue for indexing”
What is the average waiting time for indexing and is it possible to force events?
