How to force different applications to use different audio outputs?

Fedora 18, Pulseaudio, computer with integrated sound card.
There are Linphone and all other programs that have the ability to make sounds (multimedia players, browsers, etc.)
There are speakers connected at the back and headphones with a microphone connected at the front.

Is there a way (for sure there is) to make Linphone always work through the headphones, and everything else through the speakers?

Now if I listen to music in the speakers (and at the same time it plays in the headphones), then when an incoming call comes in, I have to stop the music and turn off the speakers so that this same music does not interfere with my speaking, and my colleagues do not listen to the telephone conversation.

I used to do this with JACK, it even has a GUI for easy setup. If Linphone supports it, then it should work.
