How to force an SSH tunnel on a separate network interface in Windows?

The essence of the issue is to create a separate tap / tun adapter that would be connected to SSH and all traffic from the machine would go directly through it. Yes, I know that there are more convenient options, but I would like to know whether it is realistic to do as I described above.
