How to force an application to run on a second monitor?

How to make the game (in my case nfs mw 2012) run on the connected TV in full screen mode?
The win7 system, in the settings of the game itself, did not find such an option.

Shift-Win and right arrow, the window can be moved to another monitor. I just don’t know if it will work with games or not.

It seems to me without third-party software in any way. Here in Windows 8, they finally made it possible to make the monitor the main one, and this eliminates such jambs. In Windows 7, I heard that all things with monitors there are not ideal, but now I met you and understood what was being discussed. Windows itself does not, so I won’t tell you the program. I have Ubuntu, it runs on the one on which the action was performed.
