There is only one option - if the application has some kind of internet-facing API. Applications in the smartphone itself are isolated

You need an API from this application (in your case, from "Apple Activity") if there is none (and which is quite likely in the case of Apple), then I think it's not fate. (For I don't even know how to parse data from mobile applications)
