It is necessary to make a one-pager on which there will be 3 text fields. These fields contain the user, password, and server ip. It is necessary that after entering these data, the site connects via SSH and executes the script on a remote server.

Maybe someone has seen something like this in the form of an add-on for WP or tell a CMS where this can be implemented on the knee?
