How to force 1C to use a specific network interface?

Good day!
Such a problem:
There is a site under Bitrix, there is a 1C server (MS SQL) under Windows 2008R2 and an exchange is configured between them, respectively.
The essence of the problem: There are 2 interfaces on the 1C server, one with a local IP (which is located behind a common NAT for the office, 5Mbps), the other from an external pool (50 Mbps).
They have a metric in such a way that an interface with 50 MB / s is a priority for a quick exchange.
But 1C DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE an exchange ON IT. all the same, it sends through a weak network,
I have already removed the DNS from the LAN, and in the exchange I registered the domain name, and not the IP of the site. in any. Help, maybe you can somehow forcefully hang 1C on the interface?
