How to follow members? For example, you are interested in how many people subscribed per month, and who subscribed, personal page, etc.

Use API? VKontakte (I don't know about Facebook) provides traffic statistics, very detailed.
You can pull everything through the API and put it beautifully in HTML using JS. Open as needed... As an option.
