How to flip Arabic text?

Hello. I'm making up a Turkish site and there all the characters are in rtl. I put rtl in dir, but in the layout they seem to be upside down. After I copy and paste from the layout, they look the other way around. That is, in the layout, for example, 1 letter F and the last H, then after copying and pasting into html, they are inserted as 1 H and the last F. How to copy and flip them correctly?
