How to flash bootloader on NVIDIA Shield Tablet via APX Mode?

After unsuccessful manipulations with the flashing, I received a "kerpich", or rather, the bootloader (bootloader) flew off.
I know that it is possible to restore it and reflash it using a utility called nvflash. However, Google didn't turn up anything specific.
