How to flash a thinkpad t450 matrix?
I replaced the matrix with IPS in the Thinkpad t450. Rejoiced exactly 15 minutes. Everything works except adjusting the brightness in windows (any windows). Here there are no runners in the power manager and hotkeys are also not ale. But it works fine in ubuntu. I wrote to the seller, he said that yes there is such a problem and there were appeals, but he did not consider it necessary to warn me about this before buying. At maximum brightness, it is not an option to constantly sit, increased battery consumption, and at night it is even more harmful to the eyes. BUT and crooked Linux is also not an option, that's right at all. I saw similar problems on the toaster, actually from there I took this crazy idea to reflash the matrix. I also learned how to edit the BIOS firmware. But he is not strong in this, and for a person on Habré, the vlanka gave an error according to which he actually found where to correct it, the matrix does not give any errors. Software simply does not work under Windows, adjusting the brightness is not under any sauce. What to do? Looking for a new matrix? There are no IPS matrices for this model. Correct me if I'm wrong. I would be grateful for any tips / solutions, except for using Linux))
installed this incod.ru/projects/mymonic software and the runner is blocked.
It seems that just the OS itself does not allow this function to be used.

You don't need to flash anything.
You need to install a regulator program.
If Ubuntu can do this, then you can cut out the undersides from somewhere.
Even though it's bloody.
But more guaranteed than "flash the matrix".
