How to flash a recovery partition on a phone from another phone?

Bootlap on the phone, after flashing the recovery image through TWRP. The system does not start, only boot mode works.
The PC and laptop do not have screens, so there is no access to them. There is a rooted device, but it has an old type connector, as well as a non-rooted one - with the right connector.
There is also an adapter for connecting flash drives to the phone, using it you can connect connectors, but it seems that access will only be from a problem device to a root one.
Hoping for some help, thanks in advance.

you don't have a desktop computer, just another working smartphone? It will be difficult, but I think it's real.
You will need to build the correct version of the adb client for android (there are several adb shells in the market, but I remind you that you need to build exactly the version of the platform that is on your corrupted device) and pray that OTG will work properly. I'm afraid root is required.
