How to fix 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'?

I insert an instagram iframe into the site, it gives an error The site www.instagram.com is blocked.
error in console

Refused to display 'https://www.instagram.com/p/blablabla/' 
in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
