How to fix Wordpress if the admin panel caught a circular redirect?

There is Wordpress + CloudFlare + Plugins
I messed up something with plugins via HTTPS and at some point it stopped letting me into the admin
panel There are no backups
What can I do to save the situation?
Tried renaming plugin folders, playing around with CloudFlare settings, removing forced use of HTTPS for admin. As a result, the maximum won the wp-login.php page by removing the forced HTTPSP from it.
Where to dig?

But try deleting everything in .htaccess , or delete .htaccess itself. It lies in the directory where your wordpress is.
