How to fix Windows boot error?

ecc=uefi firmware settings

The bios has a priority to start from a flash drive, the assembly is not a curve, but it constantly opens this error. Do I need to make a boot disk or can I somehow fix this situation with a flash drive?

PS console on shift + f10 won't open

Look for a flash drive with windows 10 or try to constantly restart the PC and the console will open (it happened to me), and there already on the command line check for bad sectors
