How to fix Wi-fi dropout on Mikrotik RB951Ui in hotspot mode?

There is a Mikrotik RB951Ui router, configured as an access point, all ports in the bridge, the router is assigned an IP address via DHCP.
The essence of the problem, if you connect to the router via Wi-fi and use 4 out of 5 LAN ports (all but the second), then everything works perfectly, but as soon as you connect any device to the second LAN port (the problem is only with the second port), it instantly falls off Wi-Fi (only RB951Ui pings, other devices are unavailable)
