How to fix when modal content is behind backdrop?

There is a site. At medium and low resolutions, if you click on the filter button, a modal will open. Her content is behind the backdrop. z-index-tried. I tried to play with opacity. Tell me where is the mistake

Zindex dog is relative and not absolute ;
children are always higher than their parents,
so either set the backdrop-a parents to an index less than that of the modal or dig deeper into the modal
