How to fix vpn Tunnelblick error?

The OpenVPN log contains the following messages:
"Unrecognized option or missing or extra parameter(s)".
This error indicates that an option in the OpenVPN configuration file or imposed by the server:
• is misspelled,
• is missing or has additional arguments, or
• is not implemented by the version of OpenVPN used with this configuration. This option may be new and not supported by the old version of OpenVPN, or an old one that has been removed in the new version of OpenVPN. You can select the version of OpenVPN used with this configuration from the "Settings" tab in the "Configurations" panel of the Tunnelblick "VPN Details" window.
