How to fix virtuemart template installation error?

JInstaller error: :Install: File does not exist /home/host1737636/partnerm.store/htdocs/www/tmp/install_5c5beecda79cf/prelouder
Installing template: Failed to copy source files.
I tried to download the purchased zip from the Joomla installer from the template folder.
