How to fix virtualbox?

I installed virtualbox on Ubuntu 16 with the Gnomian interface (Version 5.0.24_Ubuntu r108355) I
installed Kali 1.1 on the virtual machine. Problems appeared already at the very beginning: I downloaded a 32-bit Kali, but it only started on a 64-bit virtual machine. Well, that's okay, then I tried to stick a tp-link whistle into it (usb wifi adapter).

Before that, everything worked fine (same laptop, same ubuntu, same adapter). Problems started after installing Ubuntu. Oh, and yet, Kali is terribly slow - the cursor jumps, and the terminal chews commands for a very long time. These brakes are the most important to fix.

Не надо сравнивать попу с пальцем. Тьфу коммерческий продукт с оперсоус. Вы никогда!!!!! Не получите той же скорости по равных украшательствах.

Надо добавить вашего пользователя в группу vboxusers:
И надо установить guest additions.
