How to fix Virtbox virtual disk error?

The base system is Windows 10. I ran out of space on the virtual disk, I expanded it through the virtual media manager from 10 to 16 GB. Now the operating system does not start (linux ubuntu 64). Or rather, it starts, but not completely, there is a flashing underline . There are no other systems and machines on the same hard drive. It is absolutely impossible to delete the disk, there are files with which I have not finished working.

Upd. There are no pictures. I forget to do everything. The disk is dynamic.

Make a second virtual machine, connect this disk to it, run the fsck command to open the disk and start your virtual machine. As a last resort, mount the disk and transfer the files
