How to fix video brakes in browsers under Linux?

The laptop is currently running RFRemix 23 OS, configured for itself, including several browsers. Namely
- Firefox
- Chromium
- Opera 43
- Konqueror
In general, for the entire time of using systems based on the Linux kernel, I noticed such an unpleasant feature as tearing and brakes when playing video in the browser. You can still fight with the first one. When watching a video
the laptop heats up so nicely, but it is impossible to use the browser itself at this moment. Pressing the buttons in the player window is triggered with a delay of 2-4 seconds (such as minimize / maximize) and are accompanied by an ugly vyrviglazny animation. Over time, the video starts to blunt more and more. All browsers have the same problem. At the same time, there are no problems with this on Windows. Who faced this? Is there a way to solve the problem?
Laptop with video card Nvidia Quadro NVS 160m with an enormous 256 meters of memory. Hardware seems to be able to decode video in 720p itself (it was tested on this quality, and not only)
There is a suspicion that the problem lies in the flash player, because on YouTube everything is not so deplorable, but on third-party sites, especially where there is advertising - everything is bad
***NVIDIA 340 proprietary driver installed and enabled

@zehil

most likely you need to install (if not already) the proprietary (after removing the free) nvidia driver , for Arch these are the nvidia-340xx nvidia-340xx-utils nvidia-340xx-libgl packages that support older video cards.

Your video card supports PureVideo HD for hardware video acceleration, you need the VDPAU library (package for the libva-vdpau-driver arch) to use it.
correlate all of the above for your distribution

ads can be cut, for example, using the uBloc Origin plugin
