How to fix ubuntu 18?

I'm sitting at the computer and then everything crashes and 100 windows with hieroglyphs ...
when reloading, the most suspicious errors for me are
Failed to start User Manager for UID121
and Failed to start Avachi mDNS / DNS-SD Stack

I decided in a simple way, went through the root and changed the rights of the main folders to 775 ... logged in under a barely alive ubuntu and copied the home folder with data to put it on a new one
.... I don’t know what to remove .. maybe some kind of virus
