How to fix TwitchNotificationsApi code?

I wanted to implement a bot to send a notification about the start of the broadcast to twitch in the discord, but at the end such errors popped up! I honestly don't know how to solve this!
Mistake:

Traceback (most recent call last):

Process finished with exit code 1
