I wrote in Procfile: web: java -jar out\artifacts\telebot_jar\telebot.jar
Posted on heroku, writes an error: Error: Unable to access jarfile outartifactstelebot_jartelebot.jar Tried
to specify only the file name: Error: Unable to access jarfile telebot.jar
What should I write in Procfile?

Heroku runs on Linux, so paths must contain /.
