How to fix this error Error: P1010: User `deul` was denied access on the database `any name`?

I'm running on docker, the error is User `deul` was denied access on the database `any name` I'm
using prism, I don't know what the problem is already tired. The password is correct, the database owner is deul.

Locally everything works fine.
I changed this code in pg_hba.conf for Linux to have access to postgres inside the container.
