How to fix these errors when installing the Seti_UI theme in ST3?

Problem with Seti_UI theme An
error occurs when trying to save a file with ST3 (User) settings.

I dropped the Seti_UI folder into the Packages folder and then replaced the mod with Seti_UI, now an error pops up, what should I do?
Followed all the instructions, I think right
