How to fix theme display in Multisite network with subdirectories in Wordpress?

I create a network with 3 sites using the RU, EN, DE catalog method. When installing the theme style and javascript in subdirectories, they are displayed according to the principle site/en/wp-content/themes/.... and so on, but should be displayed site/wp-content/themes/....
How to fix this?
