Hello comrades, please tell me how to solve the problem that has arisen: for no reason, MS Visual Studio 2012 \ 2013 stopped working, when you try to create a project, two such windows pop up one after another.
Tried:
1. Reinstall including. to different disks (not partitions, just disks)
2. Delete cache from %user$\local\microsoft\VisualStudio
3. Run in safe mode and from another user
4. Run via command line as administrator, with commands to skip extensions, reset settings, etc.
5. Change the locale in Windows, found on stackoverflow that it helped someone. 6. I tried everything I could google in Runet and Anglonet, tried what Microsoft support advises in such cases, nothing helps.
I ask for your help, maybe someone has an idea.

I would try to reinstall/restore, a pretty painless process if you haven't messed around with settings/addons.
PS: including with a complete removal before installing and reinstalling dotNet, you never know.
