Hello!
On Mikrotik, IP cloud x.sn.mynetname.net is configured, which cannot be accessed if in the locale. What can / should be done to be able to go from the local grid to the x.sn.mynetname.net address?

And how does your local network know about this dns name? You need to create an appropriate file in the dns Mikrotik.

Make a tracert from local. My first hop on Mikrotik stops everything. If it's the same for you, but it doesn't work, turn off the firewall.
