How do I fix a gray toolbar in c++ when working with a form?
As usual, I create an empty CLR project, then through the add / create element button I create Windows Forms and this is what I get in the end. How can I fix this error? The code for this form is default. In c# the form and toolbar work correctly.

Well, create a project in C#. Pluses here it all is not supported. WinAPI, MFC and Qt rule the ball there
