How to fix the problem with the text that prevents the correct change in layout proportions when the window is reduced?

An unexpected problem has arisen - on the site being made up, the title text is colossal in size and, when the window size is reduced, it, how to say, "bursts" the window, adding horizontal scrolling, while the rest of the blocks are reduced correctly. Is there a way to make it more fluid without using media queries at this stage?

Firstly, make sure that it wraps to a new line (do not set a hard height, but rather line-height + padding), and use dynamic units
vw - 1% of the window width
vh - 1% of the window height
But without media queries, you don’t need them anywhere afraid.
