How to fix the problem in IPB 3.4.6?

In the admin panel, at the beginning of the installation of the IP application. Gallery in the upper left corner appears like this rubbish: prntscr.com/2jt823 (self version bool(true))
The last time I saw this, everything fell off. Googling didn't turn up anything. Any ideas?
