How to fix the PrestaShop cart?

Good day to all
For some unknown reason, the basket stopped working. Site on PrestaShop 1.6.1.1, https://alccosttore.org/
After clicking on the button, there is no product in the cart. Although it is added to the cart_product table in the database. I tried to disable Ajax in the cart module, so after clicking on the button, it simply redirects to the order page and writes that the cart is empty. Anyone can give some advice? Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

A familiar problem, it looks like a cookie overflow (more than 4096 characters) and the fault is rather the official ganalitycs module
