How to fix the last value of a field received via Xpath in an adjacent cell?

How to fix the last value of the field received via xpath from the internet in the adjacent cell?

For example, a cell receives a value using an Xpath (for example, a dividend date).

Since when you click on the page refresh, all fields are updated and this process is very long, it can hang in the "Loading ..." status for 1 hour, or it can load in 5 minutes. There are 20-30 such fields. Some mechanism is needed to fix the previously loaded value. Fix the last good value in the next cell, so as not to wait for it from the Internet. Or how to copy the value from one cell to another and leave this value, do not change it while in the source "Loading ..."?

An example of an Xpath query:

=Importxml("https://www.dohod.ru/ik/analytics/dividend/"&D2&"";"//strong[5]")
