How to fix the issue of sending a spreadsheet (document) from an application in Outlook 2010?

The application is located at \\server\folder1\folder2\proga.exe. (I don't know if this info is needed)
After entering some data, the user sends the table to Outlook 2010 as a letter.
In the letter, the address is filled in by the user, and the "Cc" line does not show email addresses, but only the name in bold type, which is automatically filled in by the application. When sending a letter, the error "0x8004010F cannot be found object" occurs.
On one of the computers, I reinstalled MS Office, deleted the account, data about it in the registry, and after rebooting, instead of bold words in the "Copy" line, full postal addresses are indicated, instead of only names in bold. And it began to work as it should. But this fix to the problem is not acceptable.
Does anyone have experience or tips on what to do?

Rather, as a hint - it is not entirely clear whether Exchange is used in the organization, but the description is very similar to the address book lost by Outlook. Try deleting the contents of the %user%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Books folder on the problem PC
