Tell me please. There was such a problem that the site is not available at its direct address example.com (example), and if you go to example.com/products, etc., the site works, but by clicking on the button of the main page the site does not open again, probably the problem is main page of the site. The site on Bitrix, through the admin panel, was either changed or some file was deleted. I remember that in the file name there was something like access or the like. I'm new to this, please tell me how to fix the situation.
