How to fix the bug with the transformation in Photshop?

Good evening everyone. I'm already tired of fighting a bunch of versions of Photoshop tried, but things are still there. Often everything works fine, but suddenly a bug appears with the transformation of the object in Photoshop. A simple example, I create a rectangle on it, overlay a picture so that it would be in the rectangle, then I want to resize (CTRL + T) this rectangle, and the original shape is distorted. It loses its shape and clear initial boundaries.
This appears on different computers on different versions of Photoshop, I do not understand what is happening. And then, some of the figures change the size normally, but somewhere, when changing through CTRL + T, the form is lost again and even restarting does not help.

Hello.

I'm already tired of fighting a bunch of versions of Photoshop I've tried

Well, you would first tell what exactly you tried to do. If you reinstalled flash without clearing the cache and resetting settings, then there was no point in your reinstallations.
1. Classics of the genre - reset fsh settings at startup. To reset all the program settings, you need to hold down the Ctrl + Alt + Shift
2 keys when starting it. Such deformation is possible only if you "pull" through ctrl / cmd. Since you say that you let go of everything, then I would tritely check the keys for sticking. Maybe he ate something at the computer and poured it on the right one, so you're soaring. Sounds like stupidity, but it's a very possible reason. Don't want to get the buttons? Disconnect the keyboard from the PC and transform through the "edit - transformation" with the mouse. Here you will find out whether the case is in the clave or not.

Thanks for the answer. I think the problem is probably in the cache in Photoshop. When it overflows, these lags begin. Usually when the project is big enough. The memory is enough for 16Gb on a hard 120 GB free, but still I blame the cache. This problem has been going on for quite a few years now. It appears on different PCs and versions of Photoshop, it’s just that my hands didn’t get to write. And here the nerves have already passed (sometimes a restart helps), but sometimes it doesn’t, in short, I climbed to search on foreign sites, but I didn’t find anything like that. I think people who, like me, spend 12 hours a day in fsh have probably also encountered this problem and there will probably be a solution. I also think to try to write to the official Adobe Support. And if they answer something worthwhile, I will write the answer here.
