How to fix texture stretching?
I am sure that I am doing everything wrong, and I will be grateful if you tell me how to do it right.
I take create a Cube object, give it dimensions 150x1x0.5. I find in the internet any texture, for example a brick. I import into Unity, when importing the texture, the Warp type: Repeat checkbox is checked.
I create a Standard material from this texture. And apply to this cube. The texture is stretched over the entire cube. How to make it repeat itself and not stretch? Yes, I see that there is a Render Mesh - Tail parameter, and there you can set numbers so that the texture begins to repeat. But can't it be done better? What would, regardless of the size of the object, it does not stretch?
