How to fix taxonomy?

Hello. On LAN, when I started making a site, I did it wrong and gave the site the same name as the theme name. Now, when transferring, my taxonomy breaks. Can you tell me what can be done to correct the situation?

There are no icons here and the name is in English. Help me out :)
Replaced that the taxonomy breaks when changing the topic. Why is this happening? If I put my topic again, the taxonomy is still broken.
