How to fix ssl_error_internal_error_alert error when using CloudFlare?

Colleagues, good day!
OwnCloud is installed on the home server, which is accessible from the outside. Powered by nginx+php-fpm. There is a private domain, through which ownCloud is available from the outside. Domain delegated to NS CloudFlare (connected for free SSL from CF). Until yesterday, everything worked without any problems, but now when I try to open the OwnCloud Firefox web face, Chrome gives an error like:

An error occurred while connecting to xxxx.xxxx.ru. The node reports that it has experienced an internal error. (Error code: ssl_error_internal_error_alert)

On the Cloudflare side, the SSL mode is set to Full, on the server side, self-signed certificates are created. No settings have changed since September 2014. It opens without problems inside the local network.
Can anyone come across in which direction to dig? Google did not answer me anything intelligible, unfortunately, as well as the Cloudflare support blog.
