How to fix slow response in different programs (Video player, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)?

When I use different programs they do not work correctly:

• KMPlayer (video player): When I play a video it plays in slow motion (does not apply to video player settings)
  
• When I use MS PowerPoint and perform actions (move objects, type text, etc.) they happen in slow motion with a delay. As if in slow-mo
  
• When I use MS Word and type text, it is displayed with a delay
  
• When I use the built-in Windows player, the video plays normally. When entering text in NotePad, the text is entered without delay.
  

Windows version: Windows Pro edition x64.
PC: Lenovo c560

Previously, there was the same version of Windows. And there were no problems.

How can the problem be solved? (already reinstalled Windows)
